Andrew Phillips has been contracting & building since the late 1990's, and has consulted nationally & internationally. His work is in historic adobe, masonry, and balloon framing restoration and preservation, all phases natural building and strawbale construction, and as a coatings expert. His experience reveals that deep green building systems and materials offer sustainable, commercially viable, and healthier solutions for today’s market. His understanding of conventional building science and systems, coupled with a systems-based approach to natural and traditional building, has allowed him to continue to offer innovative yet natural and traditional solutions to almost every aspect of the project.
As a consultant, he has been able to offer viable solutions to hundreds of companies, organizations, agencies, individuals, and industries. Andrew has helped these various entities to utilize and succeed with the implementation of traditional, historic, and green and sustainable solutions into their products, programs, or buildings.
