We offer a number of consulting services, in the effort to aid owners in the project's success. Our core consulting areas are:
- Building details- to aid the project in being cohesive, especially in transition areas, high wear spots, and with dissimilar materials, and to solve prior contractor's previously attempted solutions.
- Coatings details- to decide the project's appropriate coating(s), to source and formulate a right mix design, and if repair work, to fix/repair prior plasters, renders, and sealers,
- Structural and functional design details- to aid architects, engineers, owners, and owner's reps with practical, appropriate, and aesthetic solutions that work for the benefit of the building.
